Consent for Services:

I, The Client, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Pluto’ Pals LLC (“the Company”) for the training services provided to my dog.
1. Assumption of Risks: I understand that dog training involves inherent risks, and I assume full responsibility for any potential hazards or injuries that may arise during the training sessions. I acknowledge that dogs can display unpredictable behaviors, and the Company cannot guarantee the outcome of the training.
2. No Guarantees: I acknowledge that the Company does not provide any guarantees or warranties regarding the results of the training. The effectiveness of the training program may vary depending on various factors, including the dog’s temperament, response to training, and consistency of implementation.
3. Release of Liability: I hereby release Pluto’ Pals LLC, its trainers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or actions arising out of, or related to, any injury or damage that may occur during or after the training sessions. This includes but is not limited to injuries to myself, my dog, other animals, or any third parties.
4. Medical Expenses: In the event that my dog or any third party sustains an injury during the training sessions, I agree to bear all medical expenses and any other costs that may arise due to such incidents.
5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pluto’ Pals LLC, its trainers, employees, and affiliates from any liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from any claims made by third parties related to my dog’s behavior or actions during or after the training.
6. Emergency Care: In the event of an emergency during the training sessions, I authorize the Company to seek immediate veterinary care for my dog at my expense.
7. Full Understanding: I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand the contents of this liability waiver before signing it. I am aware that this waiver is a legally binding document and by signing it, I am relinquishing certain legal rights.
I, the undersigned, hereby declare that I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this Liability Waiver for Dog Training Services, and I voluntarily and knowingly agree to its contents.
